Same Price Every Time It Renews
Every plan except the 12-month one renews by itself at the price you paid, until you cancel. The week plan renews weekly, the month plan monthly, and the three- and six-month plans at the end of each stretch, so your VIP doesn't run out halfway through a good chat.
The 12-month plan doesn't renew at all. When the year's up, it's up, and nothing more comes out of your account.
Cancel Any Time and Keep What You Paid For
Tell support, or the help chat, that you want to cancel. An email follows with a cancellation link to finish the job.
Your VIP carries on until the end of the period you've paid for, so cancelling the day you buy doesn't cut your time short. Cancelling leaves your profile where it is; to take that down too, remove it from your Membership page.
One thing to know before you buy: purchases are generally non-refundable. Unsure? Start with a week rather than a year.

- Testing the water: a week of VIP at A$31.99 gets you unlimited messages and the chat rooms for seven days.
- Giving it a proper go: three or six months bring VIP down to A$15.99 or A$10.99 a week.
- In it for the year: 12 months of VIP at A$7.99 a week, with no renewal to think about.
- Want to be seen first: VIP Plus, for priority on your messages and likes, exclusive matches and the top of other members' match stack.
